Poor Saffy! Her seek-and-destroy drive was applied to a squirrel roosting in a car engine and the result was an irate owner with a seriously damaged motor vehicle. Saffy was promised a trip over the Rainbow Bridge for her transgressions but instead had the good fortune to come into the care of Montana Airedale Rescue.

Through the AireCanada Airedale Rescue Network, she found a perfect home near Vancouver, BC, Canada. She is loved and spoiled these days by the Mellon family consisting of mom, dad and three adoring teenage daughters, all of whom believe that Saffy is the best Airedale in the world. And who's to argue with that? Lucky Saffy!
