MUGGS had been bought as a puppy by an octagenarian. Eleven months later, the man went to a nursing home and Muggs went to a shelter. He was a wild pup!! Could darn near walk on the ceiling. He is the host to all foster dogs that come through the Curtiss home...and that's into the hundreds by now. If he doesn't like a visitor, he just removes himself to his comfy crate and pulls the door closed. If he does like the visitor, he helps by being a playmate and confidante. Muggs is exceptionally bright, energetic, athletic, healthy, and FUN. His wiry, hard coat needs little grooming to keep him looking very handsome, truly "wash and wear." Muggs is now ten years old, as shown in this recent photo.
