Kate.

My name is Kate Hefright. My husband Eric and I live in a little cabin in the woods with four Airedales: Poppy, Singer, Sadie, and Charlie.

Charlie is one of our Rescue dogs, and my inspiration for the Strongman block. He came to us as a foster a couple years ago, but we soon realized he had found his forever home. He is gentle and tolerant, submissive to his little sisters, and has a heart of gold.

When I’m not working on Airedale quilts, hiking with the ‘Dales, or playing at backyard agility, I’m usually busy with Quilted Keepsakes biz (my T shirt quilt business), or being Grandma to my first granddaughter, Sage.
